- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- Never. Shoppers contact and pay you directly. We're a directory that connects you with customers — what happens after is entirely between you and them.
- How do customers find me?
- Shoppers search by city or ZIP and filter by category. Your published listing appears in those results, ranked by relevance, distance, and reviews.
- Can I pause my listing?
- You can hide your listing in your profile settings; billing continues while it is hidden. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription in Billing. Your profile and reviews are preserved.
- Is it free for shoppers?
- Absolutely. Browsing, reviewing, and favoriting vendors is always free for customers.
